Located in the heart of the Comminges region, in an eceptional area of 3,000 m², this hotel offers 20 rooms, a sauna, a parking lot and a separate meeting room. Amazing view of the Pyrenees, close to hiking trails.

On the ground floor, the front door opens into the lobby with the reception desk and leading to a lounge with a fire place, the breakfast room, an office, the staff showers and toilets as well as six guest rooms that could be fitted out to accommodate persons with reduced mobility.

The basement includes the boiler room with two boiler providing the hotel with warm water and the 20 m² laundry room with washing and ironing machines.

On the first floor are seven guest rooms and a linen storage room.
On the second floor are also seven guest rooms and a sauna.
All guests room are equipped with private bathroom and separate toilet.

Outside there is a lovely landscaped garden and a parking lot.
At the back of the hotel is also a meeting room with a 60 persons capacity in a former sheep pen with a fire place.

The building has a good insulation. The heating is provided by an oil boiler. The sewage is connected to a septic tank. It is facing South.
